You now have the option to purchase EVA Vet-Guard* - a No-Questions-Asked, robust Equipment Protection program for sensors not covered under warranty.

The Annual Fee for EVA Vet-Guard is $499 retail and the a one-time Enrollment Fee is $249. Once enrolled in the program, the EVA Replacement deductible is significantly reduced.** EVA Vet and EVA Vet-Guard can be purchased from your local dealer.

If you sign up within 30 days of your EVA installation, AFP Imaging waives the Enrollment Fee. You can enroll retroactively, but must pay the Enrollment Fee, and all Annual Fees for any uncovered years.

EVA Vet-Guard is renewable each year for 5 years, with the 6th year covered for free. After the termination of the 6th year, the EVA Vet-Guard program concludes for that sensor.

Each EVA sensor is covered under the current and standard factory warranty of 3 years with free lifetime remote technical support.

*All sensors sold after January 1, 2008 qualify for EVA Vet-Guard. The Enrollment Fee is waived for each doctor who purchases during the Grace Period, which is between 1/1/2008 and 3/1/2010, though the Annual Fee remains. **Replacement equipment may contain refurbished or manufactured components. Sales tax added where applicable.
