R. Scott Jones, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Jones has served as Chairman of the Board since June, 2009 when his private equity firm, BioWave Innovations, LLC acquired majority ownership of the Company. Prior to ImageWorks, Mr. Jones served as President & CEO, and as a Director on Boards, of several corporations in the medical device and healthcare service sectors. Earlier in his career he spent 8 years with General Electric Medical Systems including a international assignment in Japan.

Elise Nissen, Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Secretary and Treasurer, and Executive Vice President of Finance
Ms. Nissen has served as our chief financial officer since 1997. From 1982 to 1997, she served as our vice president of finance and controller.

Daniel Fields, Executive Vice President of NewTom Sales
Mr. Fields has served as our executive vice-president of sales and marketing since April 2007. From 2005 to 2007 he was vice president for Syneron Medical, and from 2000 to 2005 he was president of OpusDent, a subsidiary of Lumenis.

Aida McKinney, Executive Vice President of Administration
Ms. McKinney has served as our vice president of administration since 1986. From 1980 to 1986, she served as our administrative manager.
