R. Scott Jones, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Jones has served as Chairman of the Board since June, 2009 when his private equity firm, BioWave Innovations, LLC acquired majority ownership of the Company. Prior to ImageWorks, Mr. Jones served as President & CEO, and as a Director on Boards, of several corporations in the medical device and healthcare service sectors. Earlier in his career he spent 8 years with General Electric Medical Systems including a international assignment in Japan.

Elise Nissen, Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Secretary and Treasurer, and Executive Vice President of Finance
Ms. Nissen has served as our chief financial officer since 1997. From 1982 to 1997, she served as our vice president of finance and controller.

Marc Thacher, Vice President of Sales
Mr. Thacher has served as our Vice President of Sales and Marketing since January 2010,  Prior to that, Mr. Thacher was an Independant Sales Representative and Distributor of Dental Products.

Pete Steinhausen, President of Dent-x Division
Mr. Steinhausen was appointed President Dent-x Dental Imaging Division in August 2012. Mr. Steinhausen has many years of diverse experience in the dental imaging industry.

Aida McKinney, Executive Vice President of Administration
Ms. McKinney has served as our vice president of administration since 1986. From 1980 to 1986, she served as our administrative manager.
